Lovers of great Languedoc will be delighted with this wonderful cuvée Les Amandiers du Château Maris. Dominated by Syrah, this bottle offers a devilishly full-bodied and lively profile with immense depth. Blueberry fruit is present in abundance, as are the flavors of black olives and the pleasant silkiness on the palate that leads to a long, velvety finish. This is an excellent Minervois that will keep for over a decade
