The 2010 Chateau Lafaurie-Peyraguey is much more reserved on the nose compared to the 2009. This feels rather aloof. The palate is tense on the entry with a touch of lemongrass livening things up. Modest weight in the mouth, less viscous than the 2009, it has a spicy, very linear and attacking finish with an almost Mosel-like intensity. Very fine. |
