Palate
Silky‐smooth entry, showcasing ripe red fruit, baking spice and a subtle hint of truffle. Well-balanced acidity drives a long, mineral‐tinged finish.
Winemaking & Ageing
Hand‐picked grapes are sorted and gently destemmed before a 3‐week fermentation in temperature‐controlled stainless steel. The wine is aged 14–16 months in 30% new French oak barrels, enhancing complexity while preserving freshness.

This Morey-Saint-Denis shines alongside roast duck breast with cherry sauce, grilled lamb chops or mushroom risotto. For cheese, aged Comté or Époisses de Bourgogne are perfect matches.
