Chassagne-Montrachet

The gold color of the white wines is well marked with green reflections. The bouquet of Chardonnay is dominated by aromas of hawthorn, acacia and honeysuckle, mixed with verbena and hazelnut. With age, they strengthen their minerality (flint) and their honeyed or ripe pear notes. On the palate, they are persistent in a fat and mellow accord. These are obviously wines that benefit from aging for several years. Pinot Noir produces colorful wines, dominated by cherry stones, wild strawberries, currants and raspberries. Their flesh is delicious, with slightly austere tannins when young, which reveal a concentrated and tasty structure with age.
