The estate's vineyard is located in the Savigny les Beaune appellation area in the town of the same name. The subsoil is clay-limestone made up of hard limestone. This cuvée comes from a very steep 2-hectare plot, where the average age of the vines is 45 years. Chardonnay is the only variety used.
