The House has 80 ha of vines and also has prestigious appellations from the Côte Chalonnaise, in addition to prestigious appellations such as Vosne-Romanée, Puligny-Montrachet... Owner of 5 Clos including 2 Monopolies, 11 Grands Crus and 13 Premiers Crus are produced there with the greatest respect for Burgundian tradition. Maison Chanzy also holds the sole monopoly of the Bouzeron Village appellation: Clos de la Fortune, a jewel of the AOC (2.97 ha).
