At the Vérité estate, the wines are the product of the intimate alliance of European know-how and fruits from the New World. Characterized by the combination of the unique elements of the small plots of vineyard from which it comes, each wine is fully revealed in the marriage
meticulously arranged grape varieties, climate, soils and winemaking techniques.
Vérité is the result of a meeting and collaboration between a visionary family, the Jackson family, and the famous winemaker Pierre Seillan. Since its creation in 1998, Pierre Seillan has identified more than 40 micro-crus on the slopes of the Mayacamas Mountains, in Sonoma. These micro-crus are in fact small parcels in the heart of
plots, which reflect an incredible diversity of soils. Worked manually with great care, for very low yields, they produce wines of character, of exceptional quality.
For each vintage, Vérité offers 3 blends, inspired by Bordeaux wines: La Muse (dominated by Merlot), La Joie (dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon), and Le Désir (dominated by Cabernet Franc). These three wines have remarkable aging potential, but can be enjoyed from the first years thanks to their voluptuousness and perfect balance.
Vérité wines have obtained 100 Parker points 13 times.
La Muse - Characterized by fruity and spicy notes, exceptional balance and astonishing length, La Muse is a wine made mainly from Merlot. Each vintage of this wine pays homage to the style of the greatest Pomerols, while celebrating the quality of Sonoma Merlot.
