Heritage and Terroir
Maison Louis Latour, one of Burgundy’s most respected producers, has been crafting exceptional wines since 1797. Sourced from prime vineyards in the Côte d’Or, the Pinot Noir grapes benefit from limestone soils, cool mornings, and warm afternoons—ideal conditions for slow, even ripening.
Winemaking Process
Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. This careful process preserves the wine’s natural fruit character while adding structure and subtle spice notes.
