Rully Burgundy wine. The grape varieties are chardonnay for the white wines and pinot noir for the reds.The whites are, when young, adorned with a golden color with green reflections and offer excellent aromas of hedge flowers (acacia, honeysuckle, hawthorn, etc.), lemon, white peach, as well as the minerality of flint. As they age, their color evolves towards buttercup and they acquire notes of honey, quince and dried fruit. The color of the reds is, for its part, cherry ruby to dark garnet, and their bouquet of red and black fruits, liquorice and rose petals, evolving towards cooked fruit. The tannins do not overpower their fruitiness and give these wines good aging potential.
