Ladoix

Ladoix. The color of red wines is generally bright garnet with purplish reflections, with aromas of raspberry, candied cherry and other ripe fruits. More vegetal or spicy notes, and coffee or cocoa can mingle with this bouquet. A good structure and accuracy in the tannins make them wines that keep well. The whites, gold or light straw, have aromas of acacia with buttery accents, which go wonderfully with the marks left by the Chardonnay.
